An example of Man vs. herself was in the Necklace because the women borrowed a necklace from her friend she lost it. She beat her self up over it and she found out that it was fake not actual diamonds after she paid alot of money for an actual diamond one. It was Man vs herself because she had a struggle paying for the necklace and she gave up everything to pay for the necklace. So did her husband. After ten years of beating herself up to pay for the necklace and it was finally payed she found out it wasnt real.
